The D23′s Disney Fanniversary Celebration has recently announced dates and locations for the remaining stops on their “tour” along with the date tickets will go on sale. Tickets for the September and October stops will go on sale on August 15th ($18 for d23 members, $25 for general admission). The dates and locations are as follows:
- Philadelphia (Sept 14) Penn Museum / Rainey Auditorium
- Seattle (Sept 16) Seattle Public Library / Microsoft Auditorium
- Atlanta (Oct 6) High Museum of Art / Walter C Hill Auditorium
- Dallas (Oct 7) Dallas Museum of Art / Horchow Auditorium
Each show will be hosted by a Disney archivist and D23 team members as they highlight some of the behind the scenes stories and magical moments as Disney created some of the classics. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Aladdin, and Newsies are just a few of the movies along with some of the theme park attractions such as Pirates of the Caribbean and Start Tours will be discussed.
