Welcome to this week’s Favorite Food Friday where we share our favorite foods with our friends. This week we are featuring a treat that my sister and her family picked up this week during their Spring Break trip. The Green Tea Cheesecake is a dessert at Teppan Edo in Japan at Epcot. As you can see the dessert is drizzled with a raspberry sauce. I will admit it does look interesting, but I am a fan of cheesecake and green tea so I will have to add this one to my list to try on our next trip.
I really love green tea, so I am intrigued by this idea. Off to look for a recipe!
