Our Favorite Food This Week: Mezze Lune Primavera

Welcome to this week’s Favorite Food Friday where we share our favorite foods with our friends. This time of year is our favorite time to visit Epcot, not only for the beautiful flowers, but also for the amazing foods! On this occasion we tried the Mezze Lune Primavera. I have to be honest, throw noodles in a pan with some pasta sauce and cheese and you got me :). But truly this was our favorite items we tried this year. The Primavera is egg pasta stuffed with Ricotta and Spinach in a creamy sauce with spring veggies and Pecorino. So see, spinach and spring veggies – this is healthy as well. If you find yourself at Epcot during Festival, be sure to give this a try, we loved it.
I’m with you, Sean! Give me pasta and sauce any day of the week (though I mention a not-so-favorite pasta dish as an “extra” to this week’s FFF!) This looks absolutely fabulous! I’d love to try it. I always seem to miss the Flower & Garden Festival by a week or so!
