Welcome to this week’s Favorite Food Friday where we share our favorite foods with our friends. This week we have been showing off our #DisneySide Epcot Flower and Garden Festival style. This week we look at the Frushi – what is it? Fruit Sushi 🙂 Even if you don’t like sushi, you are sure to love this dish if you like fruit.
Frushi is Fresh Strawberries, pineapple, and cantaloupe rolled with coconut rice, atop a raspberry sauce sprinkled with toasted coconut and whipped cream. Oh my gosh it’s oh so good you might want to make it at home. The Disney Food Blog shared a recipe to do just that.
