Welcome to this week’s Favorite Food Friday where we share our favorite foods with our friends. This week we head over to Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival which is filled with food, food, and more food. This year the festival runs from August 31 – November 13. If you get the chance be sure to check it out – there is no additional cost besides the park entrance fee to attend the festival. Our stop today is in France where we tried both the Boeuf Bourguignon and Creme Brulee. Both were very good, but the Creme Brulee was one of the best we have tried on property. The Boeuf Bourguignon has been around for many years and is Cabernet braised short ribs which were very tender with mashed potatoes.
