On June 14, 1987 Sean visited Walt Disney World. How many of us remember the hand stamped ticket? These tickets never expired and allowed you entry into one of the 2 parks (Magic Kingdom and Epcot Center) Any guesses to how much a 5 day worldpassporter cost? Answer is after the picture below.
This 5 Day ticket was a child ticket and cost $71, the adult ticket cost $95, the cost to enter a single park today for 1 day.

Very cool! I love seeing things like this. My husband bought me a notepad where the pages are modeled after the A, B, C, D and E tickets… it’s really not the same thing at all but still. 😉 I don’t think I ever went to the parks when they still did handstamping! What a cool souvenir to have after all these years. 🙂
It’s amazing how much the prices have increased over the years. I know they’ve added 2 parks since then, but still . . .
