Welcome to this week’s Favorite Food Friday where we share our favorite foods with our friends. This week we are hanging out at Hollywood Studios celebrating their 25th Birthday and enjoying food at Mama Melrose. The Oven-baked Chicken alla Parmigiana is a Breaded Chicken Breast with Marinara Sauce topped with Melted Mozzarella over Spaghetti. Although very good, my wife wasn’t blown away by the dish.

We’ve only ever eaten there once, and we were being cheap and went with the flatbreads. They were just ok – nothing to write home about! Thanks for hosting!
That is one restaurant I need to try! I think I might do that next trip. I’ve heard mixed reviews, but I love Italian food, so I think I’ll like it.
