Keeping with a patriotic theme today. How many stories is The American Adventure building?
If you guessed 5 then you are right. Wait; there are only 3 windows so how can the building be 5 stories tall??? It’s all forced perspective. Imagineers wanted the building to fit with the colonial architecture when buildings were never more than two/three stories. This is the opposite perspective than on Main Street USA where buildings that are only 2 stories tall are made to look like they are 3.

Disney is so good with the forced perspective! If you didn’t know about it, you’d have no idea the buildings aren’t actually the height they seem.
